Green School Award 2007


The Head Mistress and students of our school received the first Green School Award of the State Bio Diversity Board from the Hono: Chief Minister Sri. V.S Achuthanandan.



Nabhas

Our Student's Magazine
The honourable A E O of Tvpm -South inagurated the the release of the Magazine ' Nabhas' by giving a copy of this to our old student Rajeev Rangan, famous Cine Artist and singer. Famous writer Gireesh Puliyoor was also present in the function. It contains student's their own articles. The D T P work of the article done by the students themselves.




I T Mela 2010 - 11

In the South Sub District I T Mela, Sisuvihar U.P.S got the Overall First position and in the District Level IT Mela, Abdul Ashik of std. VII got A Grade.

'Valkindi for conservation of water'

Our school is located in a hilly area. As a result there is an acute shortage of water. 'Valkindi for conservation of water' is a project aimed at the conservation of water. This project was inagurated by our Education Minister Sri. M. A BaBy on Sep.19 2007. From that day there is a continuing proces in our school. as a result we are able to fond an effective solution for water shortage. Students in each class are using water which is supplied through a Valkindi from a bucket of nwater. Waste ater is used to water the plants in the medicinal garden , school garden and vegitable garden
